GardenBLOX Classic boards, stakes and brackets carry a Limited Five Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after proper installation. Registration is not required for this term.

Registering your product within sixty days of purchase extends coverage to the Limited Lifetime Warranty, which runs 10 years on boards, stakes and brackets. Effective January 1, 2020, Frame It All warrants that these components will retain their structural integrity so that the intended use is not materially impaired for the applicable period.

The Limited Five Year Warranty and the Limited Lifetime Warranty are referred to together as the Frame It All Warranties.

GardenBLOX Capped

20, 10 and 5 years by component. Registration required

Effective January 1, 2026, GardenBLOX Capped coverage is set by component rather than by a single term for the whole bed:

• 20 years on capped composite boards, including Duo Tone and Single Tone boards
• 10 years on metal components, including metal brackets and connectors
• 5 years on plastic components, including plastic brackets and stakes

Each term covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after proper installation. Registration is required for all three terms and must be completed within sixty days of the purchase date.

VegHerb Metal Raised Garden Beds

Limited 5 Year. Registration not required

VegHerb Metal Raised Garden Beds carry a Limited Five Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after proper installation. Registration is not required.

The warranty is void if the product is improperly used, altered or modified, or used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

Cap Composite Fence

30 Year. Registration required

Registered Frame It All Cap Composite Fence orders carry a 30 year warranty across the whole product, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after proper installation. Registration is required and must be completed within ninety days of delivery.

One exception is worth knowing before you build. Where Cap Composite Pickets are installed onto a wood framework, the warranty covers fade resistance but not structural performance. Structural integrity in that build depends on the strength of the wood posts and rails, which do not typically last 30 years. Installing pickets onto Frame It All steel posts and cap composite or aluminum rails keeps the full structural coverage.

Accessories and Planters

Standard 1 Year. Registration not required

The following products are warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions for one year from the date of purchase:

• Veggie Walls
• Animal Barriers
• Cold Frame Greenhouse
• Worm It All Composter Box
• Terraced Connector

The warranty is void if the product is improperly used, altered or modified, or used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

Terms That Apply to All Warranties

These conditions govern every product line above

United States only

Frame It All Warranties are valid and apply to products sold and used within the United States only. No warranty coverage is offered for products sold or used outside the United States.

First owner coverage

To qualify, you must be the original purchaser and end user of the product. Frame It All Warranties are non-transferable and are available only to the original end user.

Where registration is required, it must be completed within the window stated for that product line: sixty days from purchase for GardenBLOX Classic and GardenBLOX Capped, ninety days from delivery for Cap Composite Fence.

Authorized sellers only

Frame It All Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources that are not subject to Frame It All quality controls. Many resellers who sell through Amazon, eBay, social media platforms and other online marketplaces are not authorized retailers or resellers of Frame It All products. Second-hand items, including those purchased through resale or classified websites, are not covered.

What the warranty covers

Frame It All Warranties cover boards, stakes, brackets and the accessory products listed above against defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal use when the product has been properly installed and maintained. Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Parts not covered

The following are not covered under any warranty and are sold as ordinary replacement parts:

• Screws
• Caps
• Nubs and plugs
• Finishing sleeves

Limitations and exclusions

Frame It All Warranties do not cover:

• Costs of removal or disposal of the defective parts, or the cost of installing replacement parts
• Damage caused by improper assembly or installation
• Misuse, abuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Unauthorized drilling, modification or alteration
• Damage caused by disassembling, moving, relocating or repositioning a product from its original place of installation
• Acts of God, including floods, storms and lightning strikes
• Malicious destruction, vandalism or neglect
• Insect infestation or damage caused by pests or animals
• Cosmetic issues such as sun bleaching, warping, surface blemishes, mold or fungus growing on product parts
• Minor cosmetic damage such as chips and scratches

Coverage extends to failure of the structural integrity of the product occurring under normal usage, and not to appearance.

Warranty claims

Email Support@Frameitall.com with proof of purchase showing the purchase date, a description of the defective parts, and clear photographs of them.

If Frame It All determines that a product or component failed to comply with this warranty, we will arrange replacement of the defective boards, stakes or brackets within sixty to ninety days of receiving a valid claim and the required documentation.

Shipping damage

Replacement policy

Replacement parts are provided at no cost to the purchaser. Every reasonable effort will be made to match the original style and color. Where an identical part is unavailable, Frame It All reserves the right to substitute parts of similar quality, grade and composition.

All transportation and shipping costs related to replacement products are the responsibility of the customer, as this is a product warranty only. Promotions, discounts and free shipping offers do not apply to warranty claims.
