Pickets
Cap-composite pickets come in two profiles — 5.5" wide pickets are 10 mm thick and 3.5" wide pickets are 13 mm thick. Color-matched screws install the pickets onto the aluminum rails. For installation into wood rails, we recommend Starborn Industries Epoxy Coated Steel Fascia Screws (#10, 1-7/8 in.). For the best color match, pair each picket color with the matching Starborn fascia screw color:

- River Birch → Starborn #54 Warm Gray

Rails
Cap Coat aluminum rails, color-matched to your pickets. Each rail includes 2 T-connectors and color-matched screws for installation onto the posts.

Each picket pack from our store comes with 5 wood plastic composite fence pickets

The pickets are designed to be used in a 6 ft fence installation as a standard but can be cut to size depending on your unique needs using a 60-tooth carbide circular saw blade

For 6 ft height fence panels, 4 rails should be used with Frame it All Cap Composite Pickets for appropriate structural support.

To compensate for the expansion/contraction of the composite material, we recommend pre-drilling the pickets and utilizing Starborn Industries Epoxy Coated Fascia Screw #10 X 1-7/8". Starborn Fascia Screws should only be utilized when installing Cap Composite Pickets onto Wood rails.
Components
Square Post Assembly - 8.5ft
Each Square Post Assembly comes with 1 galvanized steel square inner post, 1 color-matched cap composite post sleeve, 1 post cap, and 8 L-brackets with screws for rail installation. The Square Post Assembly is designed for a 6ft height fence installation but the Composite Post Sleeve and Galvanized steel inner post can be cut to size for shorter fence panels. The Composite Post Sleeve has a height of 6ft with a 3 1/4" outer diameter, and the Inner Steel Post has a height of 8.5ft with a 2 5/8" diameter, extending 2.5ft into the ground. The Inner Steel Post is the backbone of Frame it All Fencing, allowing your fence to resist damaging forces that would otherwise destroy traditional wooden posts.
Cap Coat Aluminum Rails
Each Cap Coat Aluminum Rail comes with 2 color-matched T-Bracket connectors that can be inserted into the Cap Coat Rail for post installation. Cap Coat Rails are available in all picket colors and utilize the same proprietary cap coat technology for superior durability and aesthetic. Each 6ft rail measures 2/3" x 2 3/4" x 70.64". Each 8ft rail measures 4/5" x 4" x 94 2/3".
Color-Matched 4x20mm Screws
Frame it All's color-matched 4x20mm screws are ONLY used for installing Cap Composite Pickets to Cap Composite Aluminum Rails. Available in Mahogany, Ironwood, Cedar, Red Cedar, and River Birch.
